I'm pretty sure you've used some types of protein powders but has anyone ever used this one I just got it for $35 for 1.8lbs at whole foods.

    Waaaaay too expensive.  I can get 5lbs for $35 from Dymatize, and theirs is good quality whey as well.

    Yeah I've only seen EAS for that price at BJs but it has artificial flavoring in it. I don't eat or drink MSG or any of that other shit I eat organic. So it's going to be a little more pricey but it's for the better. Never thought I'd say this but I'm just sick of eating a ton of meat. lol

    It's 30.3g of protein per serving and 28 serving so think about it a 4oz piece of chicken is 25-30 grams of protein. So in reality it's really not that bad for the price seeing how I pretty much just got 28 4oz pieces of chicken (Protein Powder). lol Which for meat would cost even more then $35 for 28 4oz of chicken or at least the same price.


    EDIT: Also, you buying cheap protein powder is like buying crappy meat that's not organic. Buying organic has a much better balance of healthy nutrition.

    Only thing I don't like about it is it contains Maltodextrin (MSG).

    It contains organic products it's really not that bad for price. I asked if it was good as in protein wise but now I know it is it's isolate whey protein.  Undecided
