Last Time I f..d myself up by taking 3 scoops and we were only in the gym at night for about an hour. and then later that night I went to sleep and woke up 3 hours later with Insomnia. Now days I go to the gym at 9am and I have college classes from 12-3:45. So Should I only take 1 scoop or 2 for a 45 minute workout. Cause the stuff works I can go into the gym and 245 for reps after taking it so any advice?

Depends on your tollerence. For most people its 1-2 scoops and since its only a 45 min workout i think you should just take 1.

Pretty sure the only ingredient in it that actually does anything is caffeine. A cup of coffee would be a lot cheaper...

Depends on your tolerance to caffeine. I've only bought Jak3d once before. I needed 3 scoops to feel something...

I rarely drink caffeine so half a scoop to a scoop had me buzzin' hard

Drop the pre workout drinks for some strong coffee and fast acting carbs like oranges. I hardly ever need to take a supp to get me pumped for the gym or get a pump for that matter. So i guess what im saying is if you are going to use them limit your intake.

I would agree but im not going to, reason being is from my own experience. I never drink coffee or any other stimulants so it should be easy to get me hiper or buzzing on coffee right? Well not for me, i tried that once like 2-3 tbsp of coffee during the day it did nothing for me but make me sleepy. I tried a pre workout supp and i was energetic and awake for workout.

Im not saying they don't work but most are over priced Creatine and Caffine and Amino Acids all which can be bought bulk or provided through proper nutrition, not form some shady propriety blend.

When you awake after your 20 - 30 minute Nap you are READY to HIT the GYM! I had the honor to Speak to Frank Zane and he recommended a Shot of Espresso 20 - 30 minutes prior to the Gym.

Thanks for the tip but ive already tried 1 tbsp of coffee 30 mins pre workout didnt feel anything
