If you are ill, last thing you would want to do is working out! No jack3d or other supllements will help, you will just feel worse!

Pre workouts are dependency enabling proprietary junk. Throw out the jack3d and buy real food with the money. Drink strong coffee and eat some oranges before hitting the weights. Don't workout sick.

Aye, I agree with the others, take the day off. Cold, no biggie... Flu, nice day to lay on the couch, with a cup of herbal tea, some soup with plenty of spices, and some quality reading material. Not like your muscles fall off in a matter of weeks. Throw in a walk though, not a big one, throw in a bath. Better get well now than suffer later.

2. Take antipyretics (tylenol) for fever

3. Stay out of my gym
