Would i notice any difference in a day using Jack3d than with a day without it? Is it possible to be addictive and could i become sick from having such creatine?

there is a story out there about a Brazilian boy16 years old that is suspected to have died from complications using Jack3d. I also belive that it says you should be at least 18 years old. And when the hell did everyone have to take a "pre-workout" anyways. I can sympathize with users that take it once in a while when feeling drained or tired and need a boost ( just drink coffee and eat some fast acting carbs like fruits instead ) but most people are taking max dosages every workout and forking out the cash like its some miracle muscle builder and have no real idea whats in it.

Ehhh although, I didn't use JACK3D, I did use NO-Xplode, which is almost the same thing as they are both NO. It does help you a bit, but it's not worth the money, a 60 dollar can would hold up for around 20 days of working out. If you really want creatine, just buy it in its powder form, it's much cheaper.

I had Gaspari Superpump, similar product. It messed around with my sleep a lot and the more sleep i lost the more i relied on it for my workouts. Training 5 times a week, i ended up drained out with heart palpitations and had to get an ECG done.
Everybody reacts differently to supplements but read online there's a lot more people who have had bad reactions to these sorts of supplements.
Besides that like a lot of people i thought it was the next best thing and forked out doe for it.

Is creatine addictive? And also what is Jack3d?
The only addiction is psychological and jack3d is a creatine/amino acid/caffeine/some other shit based supplement that is seriously overpriced for the materials in it and probably ineffective. Lokzo please don't post the same question to multiple threads.

each and every pre workout supplement out there is BULL SHIT except jack3d
firstly it gives lots of energy during workout
secondly it is inexpensive compared to other pre workouts in the market
but take jack3d only after you are 18 years old and only if you are intermediate bodybuilder IMO
