ok thanks for looking erm, i bought this today, i cant find any reviews of it online and would appricate any comment on it, is it good? bad? should i avoid it e.t.c please comment i dont no weather to take it or not is the chemicals in there to toxic? is it a good brand.

2.  bench 120lbs by jan. Done =)
3.  be able to perform 4 1 handed press ups by xmas.
4.  be able to perform a handstand by xmas
5.  be able to do the splits by may.
