i am currently debating if i should add multivitamins to my diet any opinions here??

IMO I wouldn't take them but if you feel compelled to, try taking 3 x per week (vs. daily).

This approach may give you the benefits, (if your diet is poor) and minimize the risks.

I have been taking a MVM for men over 50 and I believe it has been beneficial to me. Been on if for 5 years.
