it is just 96mg of caffeine per serving which may give you energy
but it is a better option to drink 1 cup of dark coffee which is around 110 mg of caffeine which is far inexpensive comparatively
i drink 2 cups of coffee pre workout which gives me good energy and good mental alertness

yeah buy coffee in bulk and drink em before workout as you can save some bucks instead of drinking gatorade
IMO you do not need much of caffeine for HIIT , but good amount of caffeine will work pre - weight training
it is hard to do HIIT on empty stomach in my personal experiance, i would recommend eating a very small meal pre HIIT , caffeine increases your heart beat , bloodflow - it warms you up faster , you do not need much caffeine pre HIIT - may be 100 mg would be fine enough IMO

Why not just buy caffeine pills. You can just pop them in your mouth on the go.
