seeing scoobys new video got me excited to try preworkouts. i have been training for over 6 months and recently have struggled with strength gains. so, i went to the rite aid looking for caffeine pills and couldn't find any, but this is what i did find. it was pretty cheap so i bought it to try it.

http://evernutrition.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=43&category_id=16&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=78

first off, will these be fine, second i have never drank coffee, i just dont like the taste, so... the serving size is 2 pills. so, do you guys think one would be enough, or should i follow the recommendations and take 2 pills?

Or you could buy strong green tea pills. Do wonders to your immunity & boost up you metabolism quite a lot.

But yeah the incridients in that everlast seem very solid in my honest opinnion. So it will prolly work well.

Try jack3d if you dont take coffee

im really not looking to spend all that much money. im only looking for something to add a little more umph to my workouts that is fairly cheap. if jack3d was around 20$ for the same number of servings i would give it a go but its not so yeah.

so i took 1 pill for my chest day, i didnt get the "focus/drive" i was expecting from people talking about them. however i did not experience any of the burning sensation that normally forces me to stop my reps so i am sure it helped in that way. i think ill try the recommended dosage next gym day and see how it goes.

BSN's Endorush Xtreme Strength is the best preworkout I've tried so far. It won't keep you up all night and I only experienced a slight crash.

i recommend jack3d , it is just 15 dollars and you get 42 servings , it is effective and tastes good

all the other pre workouts are above 40 dollars which i feel they are not worth spending money but jack3d is reasonably priced

it is the best pre workout i have every tried and there are less negative feedback about jacked

Man i will be honest, why do you need a pre workout suplement if you are training for only 6 months? You should get a pre - workout only when you hit a plateu and can't progress anymore. And if i were you i would go with jack3d or some other popular pre - workout suplement.

Many personal reviews of specific products tend to be pointless since people judge them on how they feel after taking the product, it's better to look at the actual ingredients. Doing that will show you that the majority of the products are overpriced (usually the ones called ''Exploding Nitro Shotgun''), and you are better off buying just the effective ingredients in these supplements. This is usually far cheaper, and often allows for more effective amounts of the key ingredients to be used.

that man is adding l-Tyrosine for pre workout ? i searched the web for l-tyrosine benifits and it says you feel good amino acid'

i want to feel energetic and angry before a workout , i dont want to feel good , i want to feel good early in the morning

anyway it is useless to add that much ingredients pre workout , few carbs and coffee is simple ,jack3d is good if you have extra money to spend
