using NO xplode. Also is it ok to take it with creatine monohydrate? Since your not meant to take any caffeine when you take creatine

N.O. Xplode has taurine, caffeine, calcium, magnesium, and phosphates, which could unbalance your urine concentration and aggravate the kidneys(the latter may lead thttp://blog.bodybuilding.com/gymgirl_le/2008/09/06/no-xplode-and-kidney-problems/o stones).

I think it's time I wrote up a sticky on the subject. Stay away from it, it's poorly formulated caffeine and creatine. The NO effect doesn't work because they use Arginine as the catalyst, which does not increase NO levels when supplemented. Your body has enough. As far as effect on the kidneys, I woudn't doubt it.
