I'm thinking about getting protein powder again, sick of eat a ton of meat. What's some good 100% Isolate Whey Protein Powder name brands that are kind of cheap but good. Also, what stores sell them I'm from the USA just so you know lol. I use to get this protein powder from Whole Foods it was in a blue can and was 1.8lbs for $30, but wasn't Isolate Protein. The store is all organic foods as far as I know so it could have already been a good one. Anyways, thanks in advance.

Personally, I take CytoSport (Muscle Milk) - 100% Concentrated & Isolated Whey Protein. It has 27g of protein per scoop and comes in 6lb bags. I'd say it's one of the best values for the money. I get mine at Costco for around $60. I usually get either vanilla or chocolate, haven't tried other flavors. The taste of vanilla takes some time to get used to, but the chocolate is great. It also mixes really well in cold water without sticking or clumping up.

BTW, 1.8 lbs for $30 is a pretty steep price to pay for protein. You sure it was JUST protein? Wink But if you got that kind of money to spend, check out 100% egg protein. Besides whey, I take Healthy N' Fit 100% Egg Protein. I don't see any real benefits, but according to the hype and the description on the label, supposedly it is the purest and useful kind of protein that your body can utilize... It comes out to be about $1 per oz. A 2 lbs can runs about $40.

I take intek protein evolution and love it. Tastes great mixes well and 5 lbs. Is $65 at my local store. It has 34 grams of protein 160 calories per serving and only 1 gram of fat. All I take is the vanilla,  but hear all the flavors are good.
