Question About Caffeine Supplements

I read the new section on this site about caffeine being used as a bodybuilding supplement. What's the difference between caffeine in a pill and drinking coffee? Will it have the same effect? Will coffee still be somewhat effective with its caffeine content?

Coffee will still be somewhat effective, but a caffeine pill is more effective and convenient.
