hi i play rugby almost every week how often should i take in creatine , i under stand using it often then stoping can make you ill

Never heard anything about it making you ill. There are calculators for dosage based on your size, usually 2.5-5g per day, I expect doing a google search for "creatine daily dosage" would give some.

yeah its like a sudden drop in your creatine levels so it messes with your natural creatine and ATP and all that or somthing :S not sure , but ill not stop aha

Creatine takes 2-3 weeks to return to normal levels after you stop taking it; it accumulates in your system, so there's no sudden drops or anything like that.

5-10g per day. No need to cycle.
