Well, check the ingredients and the nutritional label, if the word "salt" doesn't exist look for "sodium". Now I don't know the label of this product but I guess it's fair to say it does contain some salt. But you shouldn't consume that product regardless of its sodium content Wink

No salt nor Sodium is on label product, so i think that means no salt at alt or maybe i'm wrong.

Since I couldn't believe it I checked it out myself, assuming you meant Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass (http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/serious-mass-p-241.html)

There's almost half a gram (410 mg) sodium per serving. Like I said, stay away from it. Looking at the ingredients, it's a shake worth of 1200 empty calories.

Yes it has, so I'm not taking any supplement because most of them has sodium, thanks for help. BTW what you think about this http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/100-whey-gold-standard-p-201.html supplement, its better than serious mass?(I'm ectomorf)

A normal whey protein is the only supplement I would actually recommend, albeit it's far from necessary. Optimum Nutrition is a great brand and their powders taste good but well, you don't need them but they are a cheap protein source. But it probably does have salt in it, too so right now nothing you should consume, anyway.

Regarding the ectormorph thing, no supplement will help you, only hard training, high quality rest and loooots of food will do.

Yeah don't get me wrong, not saying Gainers can't help you consume larger amount of calories without exploding but I don't think they're necessary. But one must keep in mind that as a former victim of eating 6 small portions of chicken breast + broccoli although the last thing I needed to do was to lose fat I just enjoy stuffing my face Smiley

I will not take any protein for 2-3 weeks and I know it's not necessary to use protein but the time I got to eat is not that good so its a must right now for me.
