con crete that creatine hcl ? oh man you should have bought normal mono hydrate

this is too expensive , all forms of creatine should be broken down to the simplest form- mono hydrate for adsorption

and the results are almost same , i get reviews that con crete works but it is not as good as creapure

I would have your creatine post-workout, when the body is in a state of demand.

That's my bro-science..works for me so far.

A lot do. In minute amounts.

I used to take my creatine preworkout.

OP I've heard con-cret is a waste of money. Regular monohydrate is cheaper and more effective.

insulin spike during creatine intake is necessary for optimal adsorption

so whenever you take , take few simple carbs with it , thats my bro science
