I've never tried them but looking at nutritional content, not healthy cause they have too much fat imo, but a nice balance of protein makes it a decent snack if you're short of time.

Interesting.... no sugar, but use of sugar alcohols instead....
Might be interesting to see which ones...
Be warned that many have intestinal distress if they consume sugar alcohols in too great a volume...
Don't go binging on them, or you might regret it ;-)

Looks like they use GLYCERIN & MALTITOL.
Being that I have Glucose Intolerance (think mild diabetes),
I actually use things that have Sugar Alcohols to keep my blood sugar in check.
I've just talked to a number of people who have difficulty with Sugar Alcohols - so I put it out there as something to keep in mind.
I eat far fewer bars than you do, maybe 1-2 a week if I don't have time to mix a shake for a snack.
Normally I use Atkins Advantage Bars, though I don't see any advantage (other than perhaps price).
I've seen lots of different protein bars out there, many of which use more natural sweeteners.
If I didn't have health restrictions, I'd likely head that way myself.

Its good in moderation. Don't overeat them and have one only when you don't have time to cook something healthier.

Good summary :-)
Always prefer whole foods to processed ones ;-)
