Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to give my opinion on creatine. I use it for a month. During that month, i didn't really see any strength gains. Basically, it made me look fatter because it retains water in your muscles. After looking at the labels, its basically hyped up different flavored sugar. The only supplements that are necessary are vitamins and whey protein. Now with vitamins, dont go to Vitamin World and buy their stuff. Its too expensive and has too many false claims. I would recommend going to Sams Club, Bj's, Wal mart and getting basic vitamin supplements. Also, whey protein, at Sams Club, they have EAS 100% Whey Protein. One bag of this stuff lasts up to 3 months for me.

I dont see a problem with creatine. Its a personal choice to use it or not and I would feel Im not reaching my full potential and getting as big as possible if I didnt use it. I use glutamine also. Naturally there are always going to be people who have bad reactions or get a bad batch of something but thats very rare. Tons of people use it and have used it for years. Im going to  use it for 2 months then off it for a month to let myself not get as used to it and recreate the first month gains. Its all up to you of course but I dont think its the worst thing out there.

Greeting everyone, I have tried  a vast array of supplements to try to shortcut results. I never obtain the results that were advertised. In fact some of them made me very ill.  I have started working out / bodybuilding for a total of 5 week. I first weighted 209, I have dropped 8 Lbs. The only supplement that I use is whey protein. You can get a good deal at you local wholesale outlets. I bought 3 lbs container for about $21.00 USD.

You can't just have protein and expect results, you have to have enough protein and calories per meal and then you will see better results. as long as you're working out you should start seeing results in about a month if your lifting correctly.

heres scoobys nutrition for calories and protein http://scoobysworkshop.com/gainingMuscle.htm its at the bottom

Here is my opinion on the topic. . .  If you are healthy and still able to make gains that you are satisfied with you have no reason to take steroids.  When you are young your body can do truly amazing things. . .  steroids will not help but hinder that.  Some day, you will be older, and your gains will be dwindling, this is the time for steroids.  Take for instance Prince Fielder of the Milwaukee Brewers, he is huge, young, and his athleticism has landed him millions in contracts. . .  Should he do steroids or no? NO!! Why? Cause he can already do it naturally.  Barry Bonds is old, getting older, and has guys like Prince Fielder making his job look easy. . .  Should he take roids?? ABSOLUTELY!! Because he is not gonna get younger! That is my opinion on it.

And just as a summary statement for people who appear to be against drug use. . .  steroids is a drug.  crack is a drug.  caffeine is a drug.  aspirin is a drug.  If you are against drugs. . .  fine.  But don't be hypocritical by telling someone not to take roids and then go down a couple of ibuprofen for your headache.
