Are we talking about the pro complex gainer or just pro complex. Pro complex gainer are for people to gain weight. Both are a mix of protein consisting of whey, casein etc. Pro complex, regardless of gainer or just pro complex, has less fast absorbing protein (whey) than 100% whey so it would not be a ideal post workout shake. It would be more of a meal replacement, taken preferably between meal times to increase caloric intake for bulking up. By the way you're posting on the wrong section buddy.
