Hello!~!

I'm CJ, 16yo' and have started lifting half year ago, I take Omega 3 fish oils daily with a multivitamin. And heard that I should drink Whey protein. So I've done tons of googling about whey shakes since last month. Scooby suggested to take Natural Whey, but even GNC in my country don't have Natural 100% Whey Angry. My only choices whey are: ON 100%, Dynamitze, BSN, and other famous wheys. I found that almost all of these shakes have artificial flavors or sweeteners in them  Embarrassed .
Just wanna ask for my age is it safe and no side effects on taking these WHEY shakes?
I will really appreciate your replies.

If you are just starting out I'd say you don't need any shakes. Chances are that you could easily get all necessary protein from your diet if you just adjust it accordingly. Milk for example has a lot of protein and so does chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon etc.
