Hey I was wondering, as I now start to workout every Mon-Wed-Fri, is it better to take protein powder shake after workout or 3 times throughout the day? like in the morning, after workout, and before bed?

THanks

So, just take protein powder after workouts?

Take protein poweders as needed. Somedays I'm able to get enough protein to where I don't need a shake, but other days I do need to take one to make sure I get enough protein. If you aren't sure, its best to have one just to make sure. I normally have one on my workout days just so I can be confident that I'm getting adequate amounts of protein.
