My bad mistaken serious mass as ON's 2:1:1 recovery, they are both colored green! Serious mass does not have fast acting carbs (sugar). My statement still stands though. Simple carbs (sugars) are needed for post workout. One wishing to gain weight would be better off with 2:1:1 recovery.

I agree simple carbs are Important post workout , I always have banana post workout

Weight gainers may benifits for those who are very skinny , but generally weight gainers are waste of money as they are more expensive than normal whey protein

Banana contains fructose, which is sorta fast eh. But when comparing dextrose with fructose it's like you're comparing a porsche with a bugatti.

Hmm I just need simple carbs for post workout which Is inexpensive , i feel banana or dates ate good enough compared to expensive dates

And coming to cars I just want to travel from a place to another place , I prefer Toyota or Honda over Porsche or bugatti which gets the objective done inexpensive way

Yeah it depends ,if you are buying dextrose from a super market nearby it is cheap and good

But if you go to GNC or any vitamin shop they charge around 40 dollars which is waste of money
Hence After max IMO is waste of money
