I started giving myself B12 intramuscular shots (1000mcg) every week. It makes me feel great. It gives me instant energy with no crash and seems to last for several days. My research tells me it's better than taking a pill because your body uses most if not all of it instead of it coming out your urine. And there don't seem to be any side effects even with extreme high doses. Anyone have any input/warnings?

Your face will melt off, you'll get an extreme fever, your tongue will start growing hair, you will get severe acne on your back and arms, your stomach will develop ulcers, your hair will fall out, and children will weep over your exploded body.

That was kind of funny. But does anyone have a serious reply?

If your not vegan you don't need it. Eat your animals and you should get all you need.
