Second time my arms feel so sore after MMA class. I believe it's cause the intensity increased, and now after lesson i have to sit and wait an hour or two to get better

Any tips to help this soreness go away faster?

A deadlift a day keeps the Rippetoe away.

Eat enough, rest, massage the muscles.

warmup properly and cool down after the training by briskwalking and stretching. Smiley

Not going to lie, there's not much you can do for now but waiting for your body to adapt.
In time you'll feel better, grit your teeth and keep pushing for now (if you're serious about it of course).

You're body should adapt quickly. I leaned this when doing stronglifts
