I have forever and still do, wanna be a navy seal
Unfortunately i dont think i will grow anymore since i have been shaving since 7th grade.. And havent noticed any height gain since the beginning of summer
I want to be around 172-180
But i want big arms
Big legs
Big chest and back
(no v shape)
And a 6 pack
I also want really good cardio and speed
I am going to do wrestling this year
Track
And football, wrestling, and track the rest of highschool
I Have an hour a day to lift weights
And 2 hours of wrestling a day
And idk on the boxing (prob 1 hour) i also need time to do my homework
I wake up at 5 and can do cardio/speed at that time along with homework and breakfast
Wat do i do?
I want a strict diet
A workout plan for weight lifting
And time for homework,Football/wrestling/track, and boxing outside of school
Oh and the weight lifting plan needs to include abdominal workouts so i can have abs obvi lol
Sorry for the run on sentences guys
Thx for the help

This should be in the off-topic section.

It's nice to have a dream.  Work hard for it. And you'll achieve it.

However, I still agree with Chuck Norris when he said in that past.  I set very small achievable goals, and from each success, I dreamed of something bigger.  Hence, until you've achieved your small goals, keep it real. Smiley

    Bjapan96,

I would recommend reading a book by Mark Lauren "You Are Your Own Gym".

Lauren was a Trainer in the United States Special Operations ie. Navy Seals, Army Green Berets and Air Force Special Tactics.
