You gain endurance in swimming by swimming more. :3

As for the teen workout, just maintain such. Smiley

As for your legs, do you mean you're unable to kick with it or you don't know how?

Arent there swimming forums on the internet? I bet you would be better off there. And you wont get to bulky - at least you will recognize it before it is too late and could stop it in time.

Michael Phelps also did/does weight training and he is a swimmer too. So I think you dont need to fear it too much.

And for endurance. It is as Merc said. Swim more Smiley.

In general it is like: If you want to get better at a specific thing - do that specific thing over and over again. For you it would be swimming (long - for endurance).

    I see.

Swimming with Paddles and Pull Buoy

    Try this.  Smiley

Swimming - Training - PT Paddles

Back in college, I just swam - which gave me endurance.  For you to get big muscles, is a good thing because strength training builds endurance.

Hey buddy, I'm in a similar boat...depending on what type of swimmer you are differs to what type of workout you would do...I am training for size, strength, and endurence...and that's what you get when working in the 8-15 rep ranges, a bit of everything...so it really differs from swimmer to swimmer.

now if your a 50m freestyle swimmer, then you would go for explosive training, doing like 6-8 reps real explosive and fast to train your body to be "explosive"...so

So for u, I would go for 15-20 reps per exercise.
