hi i just join this and i want to ask how long will it take to perform the spilts i have average (touch mytoes, grab my hand behind my back) i would to progess further because i will be starting martial arts soon any tips on some stretchs that will help

    Depends on how often you train your flexibility.
    I was average when i started training my flexibility and could perform a proper split in 6 months, i trained everyday + i did kick boxing 4 times a week!
    Depends on the person because there were people that trained for 1 year++ and could not  do a split
