check scoobys website for some workouts, check to see if your school has a football workout.. this is what i would recomend

bench- 5x5
dips- 3x10
lunges-3x10
bicep curls-3x10
skullcrushers-3x10

that should give you strength for football

i forgot about legs but this person is right.... remeber pushups and cardio to Smiley
need legs to. and explosive movements. for legs do clean squats dead lifts and stuff. foot ball no matter what position uses your whole body. football is generally played in quick movements not longed out endurance battles

Also your Cardio is very important.

I do not care how big and strong a player is when they cannot go more than 4 downs and out.

Whether it be Offense or Defense your Cardio Conditioning is Paramount.

Try running 10 x 100 every other day.  The routine is as follows:

    Jogging Warm -Up.

    110 yard Sprint at 13 - 14 second pace.

Walk back to the Start (That is you’re Recovery phase)

    110 yard Sprint at 13 - 14 second pace.

Repeat until you have completed the workout.

    If you can complete 10 x 110 at 13 - 14 seconds that is a 52 - 56 second Flat 400 Meters.

40 yard wind sprints are GRAVY after the 10 x 110's workout.
