Hey,

I just started carb cycling yesterday and filled in all the information on Scooby's carb cycling program. Question. Looking at the meal plan (of which I will follow very closely!!!) there is no pre and post workout scheduled into the diet plan. I usually take 2 tablespoons of Dextrose with 23 grams of protein pre and post workout. Should I still take pre and post carbs along with protein prior to and after working out? If so, should I take out one of my 6 meals and use the calories from the pre and post workout nutrition? Ex: Eat Meals 1, 2, 3, pre and post workout meal counting as number 4, and eat 5, and 6? Please advise?

Also wondering about the part that says "activity level" does this mean how much activity you get at your daily job, or is this how much exercise you do each week (lifting, running, swimming, etc)?

Please advise!!! Thanks so much :-)

If the dextrose fits your carb budget you can take it otherwise no.
