Now i already know my tdee its around 3500
I just want to know how much calories i burn daily so i can make a meal plan around it
Walking around school 6 hours a day all over campus
Martial art (boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, etc) 1 hour
Weight lifting 1 hour
And a mile a day
6 days a week
So like 7 mins full speed
You know the answer as pointed out by our fellow members which is 3500 daily inclusive of all your activities.
