So I want to improve my overall endurance, heart capacity and conditioning.
My main objective is to improve my 1-3km distances when running.

So right now I'm also doing a 3 week weightlifting routine with 2 heavy squat sessions, to pack on some muscle and get stronger. I've been already at it for a few months and also did a few running sessions per week (about 3). It seems like running even intensely, doesn't harm my strength gains much in lower body or recovery.

This was just to give a little background so you'll know that I'm also doing other stuff that put stress on my joint, muscles, nerves, besides cardio.

I'd like to know if you think the following weekly routine is a good example to improve conditioning:

Sunday: 6 intervals on uphill of a distance of around 400-500meters.

Wednesday:6km run done in a a demanding way.

Friday: 3km run done in a demanding way.

Tell me what you think. Is it a good routine in your opinion:
