Hey all!

I have a question about the regular kick from kickboxing. It's just simple, with what exact part should you hit the bag or your sparring partner? I tend to hit it with the lower part of my shin just above my foot. It becomes incredibly red after lots of kicks though, I should make a picture of it sometime now that I think of it. Could I get some info on this?

You're doing a round house kick with your shin. :3
