hey everyone,

since I'm 6 years old I'm into athletics especially long distance running. Now I'm 19 and I run a lot and I like running marathons. Since 3years I workout and have good nutrition.
Actually I got good progress so far but I have the feeling that I'm not really able to build really huge amounts of mass. I usually run 50km per week (at least 30km and sometimes up to 70km) and I do FBW 3days a week and on holidays I go for splits. So my question is if working out and running repel each other and what should I take care of. Maybe you can give me some tips. I'm actually more into BB but running gets me low BF% at the same time.

If you decide to run marathons and bodybuilding make sure you get enough rest , sleep and eat well .

    Good luck !
