LATTERS. This is probably my favorite love-hate relationship cardio exercise. It actually helped me a lot when I was in the pre season as I worked up to higher and higher number. The idea is you start with 1. 1 Push up 1 crunch 1 mat jump. Then you do 2 then 3 then 4 and maybe you can go up to 10 then you go back down. So then you do 10 then 9 then 8 so on so forth. I worked my way up to 25 up 25 down and I hit that mat like I never hit it before. It was surprising how such little things can tire you out so quickly. I am a heavyweight so one of the ways I win is just by out cardioing my opponent. Who ever gets gassed first loses. Hope this helped
