So, I play indoor lax and (since its indoor) there's not nearly as much air circulation as playing outside. Everytime during the first half my throat and chest (heart?) are burning because of this. And it gets better the second half because I get used to it, but I'm always coughing post-game since my heart rate is down and I've calmed down, so I guess my throat "realizes" that its irritated? Lol

Anyway, does anyone have any tips on how to stop or at least lessen this burning feeling in my throat while playing because its hindering my ability to play my best?

FYI: I'm in good shape and I jump rope indoors

Thanks Smiley

    You should ask a doctor.
The reason is that your doctor may find the cause of your irritation and it might not be what you think it is.  However, assuming it is what you think it is, like lack of air circulation, then you shouldn't play indoors if it causes these problems.
