So, last year as a freshman I was starting center field and pitcher for JV. I also batted 1st or 2nd. A lot of the upperclassmen got pissed at me because I "took their positions". I had the same conflict when I started on the 8th grade team as a 7th grader. Now this baseball season, my coach wants for me to start 1st base on varsity and pitch. I know 3 juniors that think they're going to be playing 1st base. Has anybody else had conflicts like this? It's stressful because a lot of people get pissed at me for taking their spots.

My son ran Varsity Track from his Freshman year - Senior year.

Unfortunatly in Team sports people believe they are Entitled.
In College and Pro's its the best person for the Position PEROID!  Fresman, Sophmore, Junior or Senior....Rookie or Veteran!
If you do not produce your Benched or Traded.

    May the BEST MAN WIN!

They're just pissed because they actually have to try hard and not just play a sport to look cool for the ladies.
