Hi, can you help me out make a program out of these 3 plyometric exercises

How many times a week can I do plyometrics? Really don't know much about them

    Remembering that plyometrics are techniques that you don't want to be doing to failure (and 100 or so repetitions across the entire body is more than enough for a workout), you can get away with some plyometrics 4-5 days of the week.

    I won't write you a routine, however if you browse this site here it will give you a good list of exercises and advice on how to build your own routine.

    I would vary your workout more. Make sure the intensity is high too.
