I was thinking about making a punch bag from a used 25kg coal sack. Fill that with something then securely hang it from somewhere. Punching that with no gloves would make your hands quite tough as well I think.

Damn, I want a bag of sand! A great way to condition yourself and work also as a punching bag and a throwing pal. But when the whole bag of sands tears up you have endless amount of sand on the floor of your apartment lol.

Anyone actually have one? Looks like an excellent way to train and condition yourself.

Btw, found a great article about sandbags http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/sandbags_for_strength
