Hey guys
I wanted to ask those who practice martial arts here, do you shadow box? I have been doing martial arts for some time now but haven't hardly shadow box.
Can you please tell me what are the results from shadow boxing?

Apart from the benefits regarding martial arts it is one of the best ways to do cardio indoors - that should be enough to at least give it a try.
