Hey all, i'm doing soccer, i have the stamina, but i'm not as fast as some of my teammates as well as my opponents.
Are there any exercises to improve speed? As well as explosion?

I wouldn't recomend Jipping pullups unless you can do a ton of regular pushups as they can be hard on the shoulders. Some good exercise though are power cleans, plyo pushups, push press, snatch, clean and jerk, clapping pullups and muscle ups.

In all honesty, I believe working on your speed is great and all, but this isn't really the best way to get an edge in soccer. Focus on making your technique and speed of play better. Speed of play isn't your running speed, it's how quick you can make decisions on the field with and without the ball. If you get to where your technical ability and speed of play is higher than your competition, you will not notice being slower in out and out sprints.
