I know in order to increase vertical leap an individual needs to be explosive and jump high. What kind of cardio should i do to increase my vertical leap? I thought it was HIIT cardio but idk if im correct. Im just asking about the cardio, thank you!

Hiit, like tabata sprint protocol is one way to go about it.  Another is burpees tabata.  However, if your cardio is interfering with your lifting, then walking 30 minutes a day is the solution. Smiley

I would do a mix between plyometrics and a free-weight routine. You also want to do muscle activation exercises to get your muscles firing.
