i am trying to increase my foot speed because i play offensive line
and at times i use a weighted jump rope (about 5lbs)
i have asked around and received mixed responses as to whether or not this is the best thing to do/use
any thoughts

    Not weighted jumpropes will be easier on your joints, this will allow you to jump more and with more variety. :3
