Hey guys, I am in the under 14's rugby union team, and I want to be able to tackle harder. My weight and height are 51-54kg (not completely sure) and height is 167cm with a very low body fat. Which exercises will improve my tackling?

Improve your tackling technique by doing MORE tackling.  Other than that, strength training and sprints.
