Here is a workout that I want to use for wrestling to help me improve endurance and strength. It basically takes the third day of starting strength and replaces it with the advanced bodyweight routine. On the advanced bodyweight day I will be going for max reps like 50+ on push-ups, pullups etc... I won't be adding any weight to the bodyweight routine. My question is will it work help or is it just stupid to do. If practice is to much and it interferes with recovery I will change the routine to two days a week.

    Workout A:
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Bench Press
    1x5 Deadlift

    Workout B:
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Press
    5x3 Power cleans

Workout C: Will be done as a circuit with no weight added. I will be going for high reps.
A1 2x15-20 Pistol squats- Will have to work up to 15-20
    A2 2x15-20 Dips
    A3 2xmax Chinups
    A4 2xmax Pushups
    A5 2x15-20 Inverted rows
    A6 2x15-20 Hanging leg raises
    A7 2x15-20 Back extensions
