    yes, it was measured at gym by bioelectric Impedance. very inacurate even though the fitness person in the gym keeps telling me that it is quite accurate. i do not look like a person with 21% bf but i didn't think i was closer to 27 either. one way or the other, i have to keep going, it is just discouraging to see now how much further i have to go  Tongue


    I know how you feel. But at least you have learned something and can make a difference. If I haven't found Scooby's site, I should still be wasting my time doing stupid ab exercises and silly starvation diets. And still so many folks believe in them!!!

    Pics in this site should help you know which number is accurate. It will be a long journey for you but if you follow exactly as Scooby's nutrition recommendations, I'm sure you can make it. Cheesy
