Is there any special way to use a BF caliper on a woman?   My gf wants to calculate her BF.

    To measure women's bf, you have pinch different parts of body. Please refer the site above. Scroll down a little and you will find calculation tools for women.

    Please tell your girl friend to try Scooby's workouts. His workout programs give 6 packed abs to women too  Smiley
