Hello healthy people! I was hoping someone on here could help me.

I am 26 and I'm very skinny. I'd love to have a more feminine shape without being unhealthy. My butt is completely flat (but I still have cellulite!) and I have literally no boobs, completely flat A cup. I feel like a little boy.
I know it sounds stupid to some people, but I just want to feel confident.. and feel like a WOMAN, not a little boy.
I would like to have bigger breasts and butt and get rid of my cellulite. The problem is, according to information I've found, exercising will only make my boobs/butt smaller… and if I gain weight, I will gain weight everywhere (like stomach etc) and also get more cellulite. It's a lost case!

I have tried gaining weight earlier, but it's really hard even if I eat heaps, as my metabolism is through the roof. I only enjoy eating healthy organic food and I don't really like the taste of fast food (it's true, believe it or not). I just don't know what to do to gain weight in a healthy way.
I've tried doing squats to gain muscle on my backside, but it's only made my ass "harder", the cellulite is still there and my butt is not getting bigger… My breasts are still nonexistent and I don't gain weight from birth control pills. When I wear a bra, it just slides off me, as there is nothing to "hold up", I'm completely flat!

I've read some stories of females who jog a lot and say that because of overall fat loss, they lose their breasts as well, what do you do to prevent it, or to gain weight only in that area?
What can I do to get more curvy, but still be healthy? How can someone like me gain weight?
People say magazine covers make young girls want to starve themselves, but being as skinny as I am, I'd just love to be a bit more curvy, without cellulite!
I don't want to feel like a little boy.. and I don't want plastic boobs either, for those who were going to suggest that.
We all want to feel confident, so please don't ridicule me.

Have you been doing the barbell low bar squat breaking parallel, and when you say you eat heaps what do you mean exactly?

I haven't heard of that exercise. The squats I do is basically squatting down with my feet in approx. shoulder's width and standing up again and tightening my butt as I stand up. I also do lunges everyday.
By "heaps", I mean I have a large appetite. I've never measured calories, but I have no problem eating large meals.

Squats correctly performed and with enough protein and calories will pack muscle in your legs and butt. I dont like fast food flavor either but I love milk and salt free cheese, you can get a lot of calories from those.

Thanks for the reply. The thing is, I do squats and I have noticed my backside getting "harder", but not tighter or bigger. I still have lots of cellulite, will this eventually go away, or will my bottom just get smaller and harder?
Should I drink protein shakes as well as doing squats? I want to have shape=bigger:)

This is the barbell low bar squat, it targets the glutes more than what you do. This is more or less how it should look

Don't lunge everyday, or do any sort of weight training everyday as this will not make you bigger/more curvy at all (only as you say "harder" because you'll be losing fat from doing so much activity and undereating- which you really don't wanna lose fat right?)

From all I've heard you can't really get bigger breasts through exercise, but gaining some fat I would think should help since they are fat.
And here's the thing, you unfortunately can't really choose where to gain fat. I'm not sure what to do about cellulite, but at your point gaining some fat won't hurt you (it's not like it's all gonna go straight to your stomach and give you a muffin top- if you're exercising, some fat/muscle should be gained more evenly).

As for the training- do you use a barbell and progressively add weight to exercises or do you do "low weight high rep for toning" type stuff?Your training really shouldn't be different from what guys do- no girls don't benefit more with low weight high reps nobody does. Getting a stronger physique overall can only help (and also don't worry you're not gonna become huge like a guy will), but for instance- having a stronger back gives you better posture, makes your bust look better. Don't be afraid to get stronger, use a barbell, and eat- when I say eat I mean eat. From what you say I think you may underestimate how many kcals you actually eat- try tracking them and then realize how much you're actually taking in, and in order to gain some weight well eat more. But strength train also so that the weight gain will be more proportional.

You don't need protein shakes-they have no magical properties. But if liquid calories help you get in more calories overall then go for it.

The grass is always greener on the other side; I know plenty of 'curvy' women who wish they had boyish, dancers physiques.

You could try reading some of Tracy Andersons stuff. I think she's a creepy fembot, but her methods are supposed to help change body shape. Needless to say, research this online before shelling out for one of her books.

With regard to the cellulite, it's tricky. You want to put on some 'womanly' fat, yet cellulite is fat. The only real way I've heard to target it is by losing body fat - not advisable if you're already skinny.

As a final thought, you claim to eat loads but can't add weight due to a 'high metabolism'. Let's say you do have a really high metabolism - one that runs 10% faster than usual. If most women need 2000 calories to maintain their weight, that would mean you would need 2200 - the same amount as a small chocolate bar.

Most people either under or over-estimate how much they really eat. Try keeping a food diary. I'm willing to bet you don't eat nearly as much as you think.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tips, abdumniator6000. I doubt training my back will help my breasts look better, as I have none;) But I will start doing squats the way you explained and hopefully it will help me get a bit bigger bottom. I really hope the cellulite goes away, but I'm feeling negative about that. I don't understand how people can have a curvy figure and no cellulite, while I am completely flat and still have cellutlite:(

So I should use low weight and high repetition? I will train my overall body, but focus on my bottom. I'm just not looking forward to stomach fat:)

: The grass most certainly is greener on the other side!:) I guess there are pros and cons for both body types. I love curvy women, but I'd be happy to be skinny if I at least had a little bit of breasts (B cup is fine) but I don't, so I feel like I have to do something about it. The cellulite thing is tricky. I just hope I don't get more cellulite if I gain weight, but I guess there's no way around it :///
Hadn't heard of Tracy Anderson, but googled her and it looks like she has got silicon. Have you tried some of her techniques? I will read more about her later on.

Since I'm new, I was wondering if I could post or link to some pictures on here of an example of what I am aiming for? I just want to know if any of you think it is able to acheive her figure, or if it is completely ridiculous to aim for.. like if you think it's impossible for someone really skinny to become naturally proportioned the way she is by gaining weight and training, or that it looks like implants etc. ? The pictures are "lightly dressed", but not completely nude. I also want to know if she has trained her back and what other training could help.

Oh my gosh I wrote the opposite of what I wanted to write. I meant to say low weight high reps doesn't benefit anybody unless you're maybe trying to do cardio with weights so no, get stronger, do heavy stuff (heavy for you) like 4-6 reps, start light though just to learn the form, then progressively add weight doing low weight high reps will not get you that "toned" look you're looking for and will most certainly not make you more curvy.

Low bar squats and deadlifts should really be enough for your bottom, and will give you a lot for your back too. You should however also do upper body pushing and pulling compounds like rowing, pull ups and over head pressing for example  Smiley

Scooby has an interesting article for you. Please read this first. It may sound so ironic but there's no different workout for either skinny or fat people.

Everyday exercise and 6 small meals a day is the only key.
    http://scooby1961.blogspot.com/2011/10/ectomorph-endomorph-mesomorph-workouts.html

And I honestly do not suggest squat to beginners. It's too dangerous. Please start with Scooby's beginner workout plan.
Resolution: Lose Weight And Get In Shape!

I have lost 10kg with his plan last year, and gained 2kg back but with more muscles and curves. What have I been doing?
His beginner plan! Here's my story. http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/successstories/yoko.htm

And unfortunately exercises will not increase your breast size. Sorry I'm disappointing you but it's better to be honest.
    http://www.askscooby.com/womens-fitness/exercise-does-not-increases-your-breast-size/

But you will not lose breast either from exercises. You will lose breasts only after you have lost body fat less than 13%, for women.

As for butts, you will have well shaped glutes if you have exercised more than 6 months or 1 year. I believe I have good glutes though I'm a 46 y/o woman. Not squat, but lunges and everyday cardio.

Please feel free to message me or add more questions. Welcome! It's not easy for everyone but you can make it!

    hellogoodbye,

Sorry. I removed your post. If you want to be a porn star, this is a wrong place.

I figured. Ashame the photos were too much. I just wanted other people's opinions etc. I doubt you would be so negative if it was "lightly dressed" photos of a male, then you wouldn't consider it porn. I only wanted to ask if it looked like she trained her bottom or back etc, but whatever. You're right, I'm not looking for a bodybuilder look - I'm just trying to get a bit more curvy in a healthy way, so maybe I don't belong here.
You seem very strong and in good shape, which is good for you:)
I will try some of the advice listed. Thanks to everyone who came with suggestions. So long.
