Calories Needed Calculator will help you figure out how many calories you need; the paragraph at the bottom gives recommended calorie deficits to lose weight.
Keep in mind that the numbers are approximations, and you might have to experiment a little to see what works best for you. You shouldn't try to lose more than 2 pounds a week, to ensure that you're still getting all the nutrients you need.

Nutrition Data and Calories can give you an idea of how many calories are in different foods. Also be sure to check the nutritional labels on foods, that will tell you the number of calories per serving. Note the serving size--many foods have "2.5" or "3.5" servings in one box/can, but the calories are for only one serving, not for the whole package!
Great progress so far! Keep up the good work! If you're having trouble losing the last bit of weight, adding cardio into your exercise program can help, if you're not already doing it. 30 minutes a day is recommended.
