    With Scooby's advice, I successfully have decreased my body fat from 33% to 17%. Recently I'm around 15-17% and in good health.

    But I also notice my breast size decrease. It used to be 95cm when I was fat and now it's around 90cm. My under bust was 75cm and now it's 70cm, so I guess I have not lost my breast tissue.  And I will not decrease my body fat more than now...

    Today, I saw a post in FB from a professional bodybuilder who says breast implants are great. And many followers are writing positive comments after her. And best time to get implant is after you have lost considerable body fat.

    Now I know it's up to her choice entirely and as long as she is happy and feels confident about how she looks by whatever means she chooses.

    However, please keep one thing in mind,,,

    Exercise does not increase your breast size. Decreasing body fat gives you amazing physique but if you go too far, you will lose breasts.

    The article above says gaining fat will increase breasts. But I'm not sure if we can regain the breasts lost by diet.

    You get 6 packed abs and plastic breasts?  To me, this sounds really horrible....

    yes breast size is about bf% less body fat more small breast and i think woman don't have to do bench press or cheats work if its not a bodybuilder this my My personal opinion as i see to keep sexy female body but if u are a bodybuilder u work out all Muscles and i don't like that in woman so as a Fitness female 21-24% Bf is fine and sexy too and healthy this how i think

    Those female pro builders have no BF and two very well defined implants that look awful IMHO. I guess somewhere down deep they still want to remain female, but implants on just muscle looks like melons in a vacuum bag.

    Yes, I agree from the bottom of my heart. I guess we can go 18% if we do not lose breasts or periods.
    As we get older, it's hard to keep a good figure with fat around. So it's not a bad idea to lose fat to some extent.

    But I did learn that models in fitness magazine are fake.

    Yes, I totally agree. Many men say same. But I suppose bb contest judge how distinctive muscle definitions are. And to have distinguishing muscle definitions, women need to be 11%, like men 3-5%.

    It's a strange world we live in...

    While lifting weights and exercise will not increase the size of breasts, a lower bodyfat percentage does make breasts smaller and substantial muscle growth can create both aesthetic and practical complications in relation to the world of breasts.

    Regular exercise provides many benefits which promotes healthy breast development and health. As well developing the muscles underneath breast tissue also has a few practical benefits in relationship to breasts and developing the muscles to a certain extent can have cosmetic benefits as well.

    have to thank you for putting the link to the BF% showed my gf to show her where she prolly is to where she wants to be.   hehe she doesnt want to loose her breasts so she's only a couple % from where she wants to be.   gave her hope TY!

    I'm glad it help her. I hope she will make a reasonable decision and be healthy in healthy way. Fitness magazines or fashion magazines will never tell truth and some girls are trapped to do silly diet.

    I'm sorry. I'm no woman. But from some years of running experience I know that the menstrual cycle of women could stop if the body fat gets too low (I dont know a number). And this is very likely for professional runners (because of 1h cardio twice a day 6/7 day a week).
    So essentially with very low body fat you somehow stop being a woman. 15% should be still okay, if 10% is. I dont know.

    I just wanted to mention that, as noone was talking about the downsides of low body fat here  Roll Eyes .
