Hello everybody, here I have a little question and would like some suggestions..
So this is the situation, my girlfriend recently had surgery in her hands and cant use them very much, especially for lifting weigths. However, she has decided to lose a few pounds as new year resolution. My question is, what exercises should she do, i know the classical jogging but I was thinking about bodyweigth lunges and the use of machines such as the leg press, what do you guys think? any other suggestions?
Thank you, happy new year!

She can do squats and lunges without weight which are great exercises; if I were here I'd run a lot, especially if losing weight (not adding muscles) is her new year resolution: she needs to do cardio to lose weight and eat properly!

Go to a gym, and use Ab Straps. Watch Scooby's video on injuries, he has a good way to do pullups (or a substitute) with a broken hand.

But it would not make a difference. Just eating right and doing cardio would do the trick.
