Above is Chrissy Zmijewski's photo, while she looks natural, she has no breasts at all. Don't know whether she lost them during training or she didn't have ones.
So women with fabulous muscle definitions, probably BF 11% or less, do they usually lose breasts and periods?
It's their life and their decision but none of them really talk about what happens when women have gorgeous muscle definitions.
With my skill and knowledge now, I could easily lose bf to 11% or less. But I'm wondering if I can come back safely to what I am after I have tested?
