I know spot fat removal is impossible. But I still get questions and want to hear from you.

Even if you are successful with fat loss program, you may still suffer either from fatty legs, or fatty arms. I know that only answer is to watch nutrition and let body decide where to remove the fat.

However, some of girls still suffer from fatty, arms, legs, though they have gone less than 22% BF.
I'd recommend to go less than 18% but this is not really possible for many girls.

    What would your advice be?

I've already said good-bye to love handle, fatty arms and fatty legs when my BF went 18%. So it's not my issue but just curious.

i think the 18% and 22% are just numbers.  as long as she's in good health and goes through regular menstrual cycles, even at <18%, there shouldn't be a problem.  my advice to a girl like that would be: get rid of the fat until you are satisfied with how you look, so long as it doesn't cause any health abnormalities.  it can vary from person to person; some girls can get to as low as 15% whereas for others, doing so may not be the best idea; it's all subjective.  if one feels weak or discovers some unusual side effects, then that's enough evidence to know you've gone to low.

Maybe push ups & squats without any weights could help develop some lean muscle to make the place more sturdy?
Or maybe some sprinting and push ups? Push ups also help the chest look better, since they're not really a mass building exercise.
